These terms govern your use of BCH Works (bchworks.com), an independent Bitcoin Cash information site run by Panmoni (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What BCH Works is

BCH Works publishes guides, reference material, network data, reports and a directory of Bitcoin Cash wallets, services and projects. It is free to use and requires no account.

BCH Works is not a wallet, an exchange, a broker or a financial adviser. We never hold your funds or your keys. We cannot reverse, recover or cancel any transaction.

Everything on this site is general information for educational purposes. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.

Cryptocurrencies are volatile and risky. You can lose some or all of the money you put in. Laws on cryptocurrency differ by country and change often. You are responsible for your own decisions and for following the laws that apply to you. When in doubt, talk to a qualified professional. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the site accurate and current, and we mark how fresh our reference data is. Still, we do not guarantee that any content is complete, correct or up to date. Network statistics, fees, prices and project status change constantly. Data we collect automatically can be delayed or wrong. Check anything important against the primary source before you rely on it, especially before you send funds.

Third-party sites and services

The site lists and links to wallets, exchanges, merchants, tools and projects that other people run. A listing is not an endorsement, a guarantee or a security audit. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, fees, security or conduct. Your dealings with them are between you and them, under their terms.

We check listed links regularly and remove ones that break or turn unsafe, but we cannot catch every problem. If you find a broken, compromised or misleading link, please tell us at hello@panmoni.com.

We do not currently accept payment for listings or use affiliate links. If that changes, we will label paid or affiliate links clearly.

Scams and security

Nobody from BCH Works will ever ask for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords, or ask you to send funds to “verify”, “unlock” or “double” anything. Anyone who does is a scammer, even if they use our name.

Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

  • break the law, or help someone else break it;
  • attack, overload or disrupt the site, or try to get around its security;
  • scrape the site at a rate that harms its performance;
  • pretend to be BCH Works or Panmoni, or suggest that we endorse you when we do not.

Content you submit

We plan to add features where you can submit content, such as directory or merchant listings and other forms. When they launch, these terms apply:

  • You must have the right to submit what you send, and it must be accurate and lawful.
  • You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, edit, format and publish your submission on BCH Works and in related channels.
  • We may review, edit, decline or remove any submission at our discretion, and we do not have to publish it.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, graphics, design and logos belong to Panmoni or its licensors, unless noted otherwise. You may quote and share reasonable excerpts with a link back to the source page. For other uses, ask us first.

Blockchain data is public. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify their products. “Bitcoin Cash” and “BCH” name a public, open-source network that no one owns.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Panmoni and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. This includes lost funds, lost profits and lost data arising from your use of the site, the information on it, or any third-party service it links to.

Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory local law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
